Allows the
display of outdoor advertising devices, including
digital outdoor signage devices, within the Stadium Development District with the authorization of the Stadium
Authority and subject to certain conditions. Requires the Department of Business, Economic
Development, and Tourism to conduct a study on the impacts of light pollution
associated with the devices and report to the Legislature. Effective 7/1/2050. (HD2)
