Bio

Terez Amato grew up in South and Central Maui and is a graduate of St. Anthony Jr./Sr. High School in Wailuku. She represents Kīhei, Keawakapu and Wailea. Amato is vice chair of the Higher Education Committee.

Amato was a Sierra Club board member, a member of the Maui Farmers Union and a volunteer with the Surfrider Foundation, the Maui Forest Bird Recovery Project, the Leeward Haleakala Watershed Restoration Partnership and the West Maui Mountains Watershed Partnership.
