Establishes
a cap on the total number of superintendent-level positions within the Department
of Education. Defines
"superintendent-level position".
Requires the Board of Education to conduct a written performance
evaluation of each complex area superintendent every 2 years. Appropriates moneys for 2 Deputy
Superintendent positions within the Office of the Superintendent. Effective 7/1/2050. (SD2)
