- Nadine Nakamura
Legislator
So ordered. We're on the top of page three. Standing Committee report number 317. 318.319. Representative Pierick.
- Elijah Pierick
Legislator
Thank you. I believe this Bill would make it to where people only have to work about five years before they get a retirement that includes a pension. I think that's a pretty low bar for getting a pension, so I think we should keep the bar high.
- Nadine Nakamura
Legislator
So ordered. Moving on to standing Committee report 320. We're on the top of page four. Standing Committee report number 321. [Roll Call] Standing Committee report number 322. [Roll Call]
- Nadine Nakamura
Legislator
Moving on to standing Committee report 323. Representative Pierick.
- Elijah Pierick

Thank you. This Bill makes it easier for basically people to go to school and get their loans repaid. I recommend the people just apply for scholarships if they want cheaper college.
- Nadine Nakamura
Legislator
Moving on to standing Committee report 324. On the top of page five. Standing Committee report 325. Representative Garcia.
- Elijah Pierick
Legislator
So this Bill makes it to where if you're under 18 years old, you can't get married? My grandma got married at 17 years old and their parents, her parents are very supportive of that. There's other situations that, you know, 17-year-olds want to get married. So I think this Bill is a little bit too restrictive.
- Elijah Pierick
Legislator
I think currently the state law is 15 years old. You can get married with parental consent. I recommend we just bring that up to 17 years old and not up to 18.
- Nadine Nakamura
Legislator
Any further comments? Moving on to standing Committee report. 326. 327. 328. We're at the top of page six. Standing Committee report. 329. 330. Representative Garcia.

- Elijah Pierick
Legislator
Thank you. So we do need money. I recommend we have money for homeowners who have cesspools that need to get converted. But I don't recommend we spend money on the government agencies to talk about it. So that's what this Bill does. I recommend we just give the money straight to the people to do the conversions.
