I believe this is our final hearing for the session. So just finishing up some Senate Concurrent Resolutions, and we're gonna jump right into it.

Up first on the agenda, we have SCR 94 endorsing Waikiki as a world surfing reserve. We have two testifiers. Up first, University of Hawaii in support in person. Not present. We also have the Waikiki Beach, Improvement District Association. Rick Eggett in support.

Aloha, good morning, chair, vice chair, members of the committee. My name is Dolan Eversol. I am with the University of Hawaii, and, I'm here we'll stand on our written testimony in support, but I'm here to answer any questions that you have. Perfect.

Seeing then, we're gonna move on to the next measure, which is SCR 22. We recognizing the fifth anniversary of the restoration of a Huenah Payout and affirming its unparalleled role in the spiritual, political, and cultural history of the state. There's no testifiers signed up to testify on this measure. Is there anyone in the audience wishing to testify? Seeing none, we're gonna move on.

Our next measure is SCR 99 SD 1 convening a working group to establish a nonprofit organization recognized by the state to support arts and culture engagement and related initiatives. Up first, we have, creative industries, Georgia Skinner, in person.

Good morning, chair, vice chair, and member. My name is Kathy Mitchell with the Board of Water Supply. And with that on our written testimony, we're happy to support March from, Water Month and to serve as a platform to for, communities to raise awareness about water conservation.
