She is a Nanakuli neighborhood board member and is a strong advocate for Native Hawaiians, being very present and vocal at our OHA meetings, DHHL meetings, City Council, and here at the State Capitol. And we aloha you. We welcome you to the Hawaii State Senate.

With Title 9 being potentially attacked, I would like to do a shout out to our, uh, Wahine basketball team, who last Saturday became CO number one in Big West Conference with a win over US Irvine, who they also beat on who they are CO number one with.
