First up on the agenda is SB614SD1 relating to Hawaiian Independence Day. It establishes La Kua Koa as Hawaiian Independence Day here in our state, to be observed as an official state holiday observed annually on November 28th. We have numerous testimony that has been provided. We don't have anyone present to testify in the room.

Is there anyone on Zoom that would like to testify? Okay, no one present via Zoom either. So I'm just going to read out some of the testimony. We have Department of Human Resources providing comments. We have the Office of Hawaiian Affairs in support. The Department of Budget and Finance also providing comments.

The Office of Collective Bargaining provided providing comments. The Ohana Unity Party and Kingdom of Hawaiian of Hawaiian Islands in support. And also Kumukahi Health and Wellness in support. And numerous individuals all in support, including the Association of Hawaiian Civics Clubs.

Considering that there's no one to ask questions of and no one present to testify, Members, we are going to be moving on to our next item. That is SD 1051 SD1 relating to Hawaiian History Month. We once again no longer have or don't have anyone available to testify.

However, there is testimony and support from the Hawaiian Civics Club as well as Shelby Pikachu, billionaire in support as well. That's all I had on the testifiers list. Is there anyone on Zoom that would like to testify? Okay, none present. Members, we are going to recess for decision making.
