I see that you and video disabled shortly before it's your turn to testify. There won't be any testimony today because we are here only for one reason. And that is decision making on GM572, Roxanne Row. Present with me are my Vice Chair, Senator Aquino, Senator Hashimoto, and Senator Keohokalole.

Legislator
So for GM572, we do have Roxanne Row's answers to the questions. And I thank you for answering the questions, Ms. Row. And thank you for being here. We are insistent on the questionnaire because it is a way for the committee to know who you are.

I understand that you turned in your application with the governor and you had an interview with the governor. But it's our job as committee to do our due diligence to make sure that you're not only qualified, but that you will fulfill the duties that is going to be entrusted upon you. Because as you can tell, SHPDA, Dr. Lewin, and Terry Visperas are, are counting on you, as well as all members of the board of the Hawaii Planning Council, to help them guide policy.
