storage technologies, and promotion of their development. Expands the use of the Hydrogen Investment Special
Fund to include seed capital and venture capital investments for the Hawaii
Renewable Hydrogen and Long Duration Clean Energy Storage Program. Appropriates funds for the Hawaii Renewable Hydrogen
