    Members, this is a decision making only agenda. We did not accept public testimony that was the vetting was done in the previous committees, so we will be rolling right into decision making. First up, we're voting on SCR173 SD1 HD1, convening a task force to address event ticket stopping in Hawaii.

    Recommendation is to move as is, but in the committee report members, we are going to request the chair of the working group to use their discretion allowed in the reso to invite all stakeholders in the live event, ticket ecosystem, including primary and secondary ticket marketplaces.

    And I think this is just gonna help, one, make a more balanced discussion, on issues consumers are seeing and also give insight into how the platforms actually operate to make the working group, hopefully, come up with some real recommendations for us to work on next year.
