House Standing Committee on Finance

Hi. Good afternoon everybody. This is the House Committee on Finance means to hear a bunch of resolutions on Wednesday April 16th 2pm in Conference Room 309. All of these measures were heard in a previous subject matter committee so we are not accepting testimony and we will roll right into decision making.

So we'll take the first two up separately. So SCR 4 authorizing the issuance of a 25 year term non exclusive easement covering a portion of state submerged lands at Kikailoa, Kekaha, Kauai for a shoreline protection structure and for use repair maintenance of the improvements constructed thereon.

We're just going to make technical amendments to the reservations to the resolution that was flagged to us by our research office. Any questions, comments or concerns? Okay, Chair for the vote please.

Thank you members. Next we have SCR 5 SD1. This is authorizing the issuance of a 25 year term non exclusive easement covering a portion of the state submerged lands at Waikiki, Honolulu, Oahu for concrete stairs and for the use, repair and maintenance of the improvements constructed thereon.
