Yes, Madam Speaker. We're in receipt of Governor's Message numbers 1119 through 1123, informing the House that the noted House and Senate bills were signed into law on April 22, 2025 and designated as Acts 19 through 23. May these matters be received and filed.

So ordered. Item number four, Senate communications. Mr. Clerk, are there any Senate communications?

Yes. Madam Speaker, if you and the Members will turn your attention to the addendum to today's order of the day. We are in receipt of communications, returning the noted House Concurrent Resolutions, all having been adopted in the Senate.

We are in further receipt of communications informing the House that the Senate has reconsidered action in disagreeing to amendments proposed by the House and has moved to agree to the amendments to the noted Senate bills.

We're in further receipt of a communication informing the House that the Senate has disagreed to the amendments proposed by the House to the noted Senate Concurrent Resolutions. We are in further receipt of communications informing the House of the Senate has appointed conferees to the noted House and Senate bills. Finally, we are in receipt of communications informing the House that the Senate has made changes to conferees to the noted House and Senate bills.

Thank you, Madam Speaker. In the gallery today are advocates from the Hawaii Public Health Institute, and they're accompanied by students from Castle High School. So when I call your name, please stand. We Have Tylee, Tommy, and Kapua. They're accompanied by Nate Hix, as well as Jaylen Murakami. There are 40 other Castle High School students.

They've been going around the building today along with different Members, and they're here rallying support for an important measure, Senate Bill 1300, which would expand access to free school meals for public students in Hawaii. So welcome to your House of Representatives.

One to suspend the rules to reconsider our previous action in disagreeing to the Senate amendments, and one, to reconsider our previous action and give notice to the intent to agree. Representative Todd for the motion to suspend the rules to reconsider previous action.
