This is a decision making agenda to make recommendations on measures that were previously heard in their respective subject matter committees. The first measure is House Bill 48 House draft 1 Senate draft 1 relating to coffee labeling.

Thank you very much. The next measure is HB97 HD2 SD1 relating to travel insurance. The recommendation on this measure is to pass with amendments.

We will adopt a proposed amendment submitted by Allianz which on page 19, line 16 proposes to strike the words delivery of and insert the word sending which will make this section consistent with section 7C subsection 3 of the Model Act. The next measure is House Bill 799 HD2 SD1 relating to healthcare. The recommendation on this measure is to defer decision making to Tuesday, April 1st at 10:05 a.m. in Conference Room 229. We've received some proposed amendments by Maui Health and we are waiting for prior concurrence.

So the recommendation is to defer until then and then we'll hopefully vote it out. On Tuesday. Next measure is HB951 HD2 SD1 relating to prescription drugs. The recommendation on this measure is to pass unamended. Any discussion? Seeing none. Vice Chair passing. Unamended. Chair votes Aye.
