Thank you. Speaker, Colleagues, constituents in the State of Hawaii last year 2024, I was noticed that I broke in ethics violation in 2019 when I applied to run for State House Representative. I have incorrectly filling out this document that I misunderstood with ethics. And just a few months ago, I resolved it with ethics.

Ended up paying a fine. And there was no way in the world that I went out there to mislead my community, my constituents and the people of Hawaii. I always was a kind of person that always is transparent serve my community and we believe in honest my character and my legacy that's behind me.
