What does this bill do?
This bill bars a person from holding or claiming leases on more than one Hawaiian home lands tract: if someone becomes a lessee (a leaseholder) of one tract, whether originally or by succeeding to a lease, they forfeit any interest in any other tract. It also removes that person from any applicant waitlist for an original Hawaiian home lands lease.
