Bio
Daniel Holt represents Palama, Sand Island, Iwilei and Chinatown. He is a graduate of the Kapālama Campus of Kamehameha Schools and earned a bachelor’s of science in business administration at the University of the Pacific. He chairs the Legislative Management Committee.
He’s worked for Horizon Lines (now PASHA) and held many jobs in the Legislature before being elected, including legislative aide, committee clerk and assistant sergeant at arms. His father, Milton Holt, was a longtime lawmaker. He is a member of the Kalihi-Palama Hawaiian Civic Club and was chairman of the Kalihi-Palama Neighborhood Board.
