We'll go ahead and start with the 10:30 one since it's 10:30. First up on this one is HB 1696. This one has been a little problem with, so we're gonna go ahead and delay decision making until Thursday, April 9 at 10am in this Room 16.

    So we'll just get that sorted out sooner than later, hopefully. Next is HB 1705. This allows licensed mental health counselors to be appointed as child custody evaluators. Recommendation on this one is, well, I'll ask acting Vice Chair San Buenaventura. I was gonna put an effective, just pass an effective.

    If your next step is HB 2020, requires certain applications applicants for driver's license renewals to complete an education report that includes a road safety video developed by the Department of Transportation on a written exam and also authorized department to develop and implement a system of randomly re randomly require to randomly require applicants for renewal of a driver's license to complete a written exam.

This is another one that I don't think we're quite ready to go with. So we're gonna go ahead and put this off until at the same time as that other bill that we're putting off.

    First up on, our 10:40 agenda is HB 469. This requires the Disability and Communications access board to issue a disability travel placard to an applicant who has a valid removable windshield placard or disabled paid parking exemption permit but does not have a valid special license plate and and provide and this provides proof of travel. Recommendation here is to there's some technical amendments, and then we'll make it effective upon approval. Questions or concerns? This prohibits entities from distributing unsolicited mail or electronic mail that employs high pressure tactics or is reasonably likely to cause a consumer to believe that the sender is affiliated with another entity that it's not affiliated with.     K. Thank you. Next up is HB 1603. This repeals the requirement for land covered by an agricultural park lease with the remaining term of fifteen years or less to be located in the county having a population of well, it really only applies to. I'm gonna defer this one.

    The what we found out since we scheduled it is that there isn't there's no waiting list for potential farmers who want the land. So I'd I'm very reluctant to just say that one person gets to keep it indefinitely. So it's different. Okay.
