Thank you, Mr. President. With us in the gallery, you did hear from one of my staff members, Ms. Faith Quintua. Joining her are also my other staff members. If you can please stand to be recognized. We have Jan Salcedo, Taylor Sayles, and Faith Quintua. And also joining Faith is her brother, visiting from New York, who's here for this week, first time to Hawaii. Let's give a warm welcome to Oliver Dollman. Thank you.

I'm just laughing because Faith shared that her brother lives in upstate New York where it's very cold and they're buried in snow right now. Senator DeCoite.

Thank you, Mr. President. I'm pleased to welcome Island School fifth graders from Kauai, along with their teachers and chaperones, who are here visiting with us, here visiting the Hawaii State Capitol today. On page one, governor's message numbers 721 and 722, withdraws nominations to various boards and commissions. On page two, governor's message number 723, makes a correction to the term expiration date for governor's message 714. Also on page two, House communication number 380 transmits House Bill 410, House Draft 1, which passed third reading in the House for first reading and referral to Committee.

Mr. President, I move that said House bills pass first reading by title and be referred to Committee.
