I'm pleased to welcome Island School fifth graders from Kauai, along with their teachers and chaperones, who are here visiting with us, here visiting the Hawaii State Capitol today.     On page one, governor's message numbers 721 and 722, withdraws nominations to various boards and commissions. On page two, governor's message number 723, makes a correction to the term expiration date for governor's message 714. Also on page two, House communication number 380 transmits House Bill 410, House Draft 1, which passed third reading in the House for first reading and referral to Committee.
