Thank you, Mr. President. I rise to request a waiver of the public notice requirement pursuant to Senate Rule 21 to hold a hearing on SB Number 1528. The reason for the waiver is that it's a Joint Hearing of HRE and HHS. Both Chairs have signed it on Friday, but for some reason it was inadvertently not filed on time.
