Thank you, Mr. President. I rise to request a waiver of the public notice requirement pursuant to Senate Rule 21 to hold a hearing on SB Number 1528. The reason for the waiver is that it's a Joint Hearing of HRE and HHS. Both Chairs have signed it on Friday, but for some reason it was inadvertently not filed on time.

The waiver is granted. Senator San Buenaventura.

Thank you. Your Committees on Health and Human Services and Higher Education will hold a public hearing on Senate Bill 1528 on Wednesday, February 12th at 1:30 p.m. in Conference Room 225. The notice was filed in the clerk's office this morning.
