Beginning on page two, House communication numbers 824 informs the Senate that the House has agreed to the amendments made by the Senate to various House bills and that said bills passed final reading in the House.

House communication numbers 825 to 833 return various Senate Concurrent Resolutions that were adopted in the House unamended.

House communication number 837 informs the Senate that the House has made changes to conferees for various bills, and House communication numbers 838 and the 839 inform the Senate that the House appointed conferees to various bills.

To allow for transparency, on Wednesday, April 22, your committee on ways and means sent House finance a hearing notice on SB 3125 that was proposed for Thursday, April 23 at 1PM.

We look forward to hearing this this measure and scheduling conference committee so that we may have meaningful discussion on tax relief for Hawaii's working and ALICE families.

The Senate is willing and ready as we always have been to negotiate in good faith effort with the House on SB 3125 SD1 HD1.
