Thank you. Mr. President, I rise to request a waiver of the public notice requirement pursuant to Senate Rule 21 to hold a decision making meeting on Senate Bill 3324. This measure was inadvertently deferred when heard by the Committee on Health and human services on February 18. The intent was to pass it as is.

As all testimony was in favor. The waiver is intended to keep the vehicle moving. As there is no House companion, the waiver is granted. Senator San Buenaventura, thank you. Your Committee on Health and Human Services will hold a decision making meeting on Senate Bill 3324 this afternoon, Thursday, February 19th, at 12:45 in Conference Room 016.
