If not, Madam Clerk. On pages one through three, departmental communication numbers 113 to 128 transmit reports filed on page four. House communication number one informs the Senate that the House adopted House Concurrent Resolution number one relating to recess days for the regular session of 2026.

And House communication number two informs the Senate that the House adopted House Concurrent Resolution number two requesting the Governor to address the Legislature assembled in joint session for adoption. Senator Wakai.

Mr. President, I move for the adoption of House Concurrent Resolutions number one and two.

Senate Concurrent Resolution numbers 1 through 5 for referral to Committee. So ordered. Madam Clerk. Senate resolution number two amending rule 16 of the rules of the Senate of the 33rd Legislature regular session of 2026 for adoption. Senator Wakai.

It's been moved and seconded. Is there any discussion? Any objections? If not, the motion is carried. Referrals and rereferrals. Referrals and or for the Members information. Senate Bill 1197 SD1 was re referred and listed on last night's supplemental order of the day.

However, this measure is currently in possession of the House, and therefore the RE referral is invalid. The Clerk is directed to reflect the same in the journal referrals, and rereferrals were made in accordance with the supplemental orders of the day that may be filed later today.
