Given our discussion we had in Committee, we're going to go ahead and move this out as a Senate draft one we're going to replace references to DAGS, Department of Accounting and General Services with a Legislative Reference Bureau.

We're going to task the LRB's public access room with to work collaboratively with the Hawaii State Public Library System to create an outreach program utilizing the existing infrastructure of the State library system and then require the Legislative Reference Bureau to submit a report to the Legislature on their plans to implement the outreach program using the state libraries as locations where the public can participate remotely in the legislative process.

Thank you very much everybody. Finally, SCR135 SR114 urging all state departments to partner with the Office of Wellness and Resilience for data sharing agreements. Given the concerns that were raised by the Members want to thank the office for working on those concerns with us.

So we're going to do a Senate draft one and that will include language from Office of Wellness and resiliency within Act 29291 is required to create a Social Determinants of Health electronic dashboard that identifies a baseline of needs and concerns that impede high quality of life outcomes.

We're going to amend page one lines 28 to 31 to put in for the purposes of secure and appropriate data sharing agreements that protect the privacy and confidentiality of residents in order to encourage further study of the needs and challenges of the community and and the development of effective aid programs and strategies to address these needs and challenges for the community.

And then we're also going to include new language in the Be it Further Resolve the Be it Further Resolved the Office of Wellness and Resiliency will follow strict data governance protocols and will partner with state departments to seek De identified aggregated anonymized data to protect individual privacy while effectively addressing community needs.
