    Aloha. I'm Mark Alexander, Chairs from the Hawaii Medical Association. And I know we submitted testimony late, and because of that, I just want to undergird our support for this important Bill that will enable us to move forward.

    Already, as we know reported in some of the testimony, almost 200 physicians have come in because of our involvement with the compact, which is part of our Access to care strategy. And so we just want to do everything we can to augment that. We thank you for your kind consideration. And you again apologize for the late testimony.
