First up is Senate Bill 2981 beginning 7 July 1, 2027. Prohibits minimum off street parking requirements for any new development in an urban district. District.

This prohibits foreign entities and foreign influence business entities for making contributions, expenditures, election communications or donations for election purposes. Recommendation on 2982 is to pass with an amendment to accept the AG's recommended language about the required an advertisement statement.

    SB 2986 relating the land Use Commission authorized the Land Use Commission to amend, revise or modify a decision in order granting a district boundary amendment or find a petitioner upon finding that a petitioner or its successor assigns have not adhered to the conditions imposed by the Commission whether or not there's been substantial commencement for use of the land.

    Thank you. Next up is SB 2991. This clarifies that persons whose driver's licenses have been revoked for certain alcohol related offenses are required to undergo re examination before the examiner or drivers may re relicense the person.

    Thank you. Next up is SB3001. This requires operators of conversational artificial intelligence services in the state to issue certain disclosures to account holders and users. Requires operators to develop protocols to prevent the production of suicidal ideation and account holders and users. Recommendation on 3001. Is to pass with some amendments accept the AG's recommendation to clarify that violation.

    Language in subsection F to specify violation to specify violating the act constitutes an unfair or deceptive act or practice in the conduct or trade of commerce within the meaning of Section 482 and also like to accept the OCP's recommendation to add a definition of personal data.

    There is a detailed definition in their testimony and then we'll amend the date the data minimization report provisions on page four, line 12 through 21 to apply to all account holders and and users, not only miners.     Thank you. Next up is SB3010. This allows law enforcement officers, animal control officers and firefighters to enter an unattended vehicle to protect the health, safety or well being of a pet animal that is endangered by being left or confined to an unattended space.

    Also allows private citizens to rescue pet animals that had been left in an unattended vehicle under certain circumstances. Recommendation on 2010 is to. I mean sorry, 3010 is to pass with text only. Questions or concerns? If not Senator Gabbard.

    Thank you. Next up is SB3032. Clarifies that the prohibition on the taking or mining of beach or marine deposits includes sand seaward from the shoreline. Includes licensed and unlicensed contractors. Recommendation here is to pass as is. Questions or concerns if not Senator Gabbard.

    Thank you very much. Finally, we have SB3033. This allows a public petition to the Department of Land and Natural Resources for review of the integrity of beach structures.

    Requires the Department to recommend the applicable county agency to order the owner of any beach structure determined to be immediately threatened to resolve, to resolve, mitigate and plan for the harmful effects of the beach structure. It has a bad date and so my recommendation is to just pass it on amended. Hang on just a second on that.
