    Mr. President and members and to the general public, on behalf of the Senator from District 15 and I, we want to congratulate the Aiea High School Boys Varsity team for winning the OIA Division II basketball championship last night. Congratulations to the student athletes, coaches, and staff.

    Any further announcements? If not, the chair has one. The deadline to file Standing Committee Reports on Senate bills that need to pass Second Reading and move laterally to the final Senate committee is 10:00 p.m. tonight. Are there any further announcements? Senator Kim.

    Personal privilege. Just want to commend our SMA for turning out the committee reports, and I've never seen as many committee reports come out as quickly as they're doing it, so thanks to them. Thank you.
