Just for the audiences so that it's clear, what we have agreed to in concept is that everything that lined up perfectly will be viewed as an agree and then going forward it has to be negotiated.

Because of their hard work, I think, and especially the staff, we were able to get through quite a bit of things, so I really appreciate everybody's hard work.
