Hi. Good afternoon. Thank you for joining me and my two friends here in this room in Room 016 on Friday the seventeenth at, one 01:30 in the afternoon, Room 016. This phenomenal hearing is being streamed live on YouTube. If there's any kind of technical disruption, we will post a notice on our reconvene.

There is no testimony being taken here. We're just gonna do decision making. But, unfortunately, for the Committee on Energy Intergovernmental Affairs, we do not have quorum. So this for all the measures on this agenda, they are HCR 43, HCR154, HCR165, and HCR202 HD2 due to a lack of corp. We will defer decision making to Tuesday.
